4:15pm - Lions Park - Pre Game Warm Up
5:00pm - Showtime vs. Waterloo Tigers (Blue Jerseys)
Saturday June 25th
10:30am - Lions Park - Pre Game Warm Up
11:15am - Showtime vs. LaSalle Titans (Orange Jerseys)

TOURNAMENT REMINDERS
WATER, WATER, WATER…..

The importance of staying Hydrated throughout competition is vital!

Pre-Game – Drink 4 to 8 ounces of water one to two hours before competition.
-
During Game – Drink 5 to 9 ounces every 15-20 minutes.
-
Post-Game – Within two hours, drink at least 24 ounces of water to replenish.
STAY OUT OF THE SUN

Warm Up in the Shade (when available)

Team Huddle Up in the Shade (when available)

Team Tent over Dugout for temporary shade

Remove baseball caps while in the dugout as it will release heat from the players heads.
