A Minor Mosquito Pitchers Duel in Exhibition Game!
The Minor Mosquito Ingersoll Ironbirds were HOT on a VERY COLD night on Thursday as they travelled to battle the always-tough Simcoe Giants!
As this is the first year of REAL pitching for the boys, many of them were given a chance to show their stuff! The coaches for both teams treated this game for what is what, a training game that gave them a chance to give many of their players a chance on the mound! And they all did AWESOME!
Bats were hot too, and the score went back and forth, finally ending in a 14-12 win for the Giants....this time!!
The 2 teams meet again this Monday night at Unifor!!
