It was a Winning Week Against Walsingham (say that 10 times fast!!) for our Minor Mosquito REP boys!
Monday night had them playing in peaceful Norfolk County, until our bats started making noise right from the get-go! A huge lead right from the start! Awesome triple by Noah, and fast wheels by the rest! We started biting our nails as the diamond lights came on, and the sun set beautifully behind them, but we still came out on top with a 13-12 lead over Walsingham!
And Thursday night had them coming to see us at home. A tough pitcher right from the start made for some quick innings, but Wille , Nate P and Nate K kept things in orders for us on the mound. Some crack of the bats by Nate K and Westin M, and some fantastic outs by Brando on 1st and an awesome catch in left field by Cole T sealed the deal with a 5-4 win over Walsingham AGAIN!
