Explosive Inaugural Game for the PeeWee Girls!!
The Funnell Insurance Group PeeWee Girls travelled to Mitchell for their first game of the season....not to mention EVER!!
It was an exciting game from the get go! Our girls had a lead going into the 3rd inning against a very STRONG Mitchell team! The base paths were lit up with the speed of the girls steals! There were great defensive plays, some big hits at the plate and a steal of home!
We had Mitchell worried so they brought in their star reliever that threw big time heat!
It was a great first game for our brand new team with a final score of 18-8 for Mitchell!
Girls travel to St Mary's on Wednesday night!
