2026 Rep Tryout Form (Ingersoll Minor Baseball )

Ingersoll Minor Baseball is hosting tryouts for REP Baseball starting late September/early October. Please see website and/or Facebook for additional information. Please complete this form and pay the $25 fee prior to coming to a tryout. The tryout fee of $25 is nonrefundable, except in the event that there is insufficient interest to form a team in the division for which you have registered. Please note if Ingersoll Minor Baseball is not your home association you will require a release from your home association(s) (e.g., Woodstock and ICMBA) before being allowed to tryout.
