Hello to all Ironbird Families! The season of 2020 for IMBA has come to an end and it is time once again to start working on the 2021 season. In some form or other there will be a 2021 season!
In some form or other there will be a 2021 season! At this time, I am announcing my resignation as Co-President / VP House League. This decision comes with mixed emotions and with hopeful thoughts that someone will come forward to take over my position. I am so very grateful to all our Ironbird families who over the last 6 years have made my time on the Executive an enjoyable one. It’s been such a pleasure meeting new faces each and every year and seeing the support given the sport of baseball and to IMBA. Thank you to all!
Each year we host an Annual General Meeting which is open to the public, this year’s date will be Monday October 26 at 7pm. Due to covid our format will change for this meeting and it will be held online for the general public to watch if they desire to do so. Details will follow just prior to the meeting date so please watch the website and FB. It is at the AGM where 2021’s Executive will be introduced. Beginning October 11, self nominations for Executive positions will be taken and may be sent to [email protected] These nominations will be taken until 11:59pm October 24. All positions are listed as open, we do this in hopes of new people joining the Executive. If more than one nomination is handed in for the same position a vote will take place.

Please consider joining a great group of people and a great organization. Without volunteers a solid program for our children is not possibleThank you once again and although I will not be a big part of the Executive, I will continue to be an Ironbird mom as well as being around to help new members get settled in.
