Belore Boys Bats Heat Up
Wednesday night in front of a packed crowd at the "Vic" the Belore Trailers Minor Mosquito boys hosted the Lucan - Ilderton A's. The A's were able to push across one run in the top half of the inning all while driving the Ironbirds pitch count up. Ingersoll responded with eleven unanswered runs in the bottom half of the second inning behind some timely hitting and aggressive base running. Picking up hits for the Ironbirds were Ryan Wolfe, Charlie Ashman, Sam House, Tanner Belore, Colten Cumberland, Westin Matsumoto, Brody Huitema, Colton "Birthday Boy" Macpherson, Brandon Plaquet, Gavin Wright and Declan Minielly.
Ingersoll won the game 12-2 in five innings.
